Returns

We accept returns via mail or in store.

Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with an explanation. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank.

Exchange Instructions

If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may then place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
